2. Services

TezasSolar provides solar energy solutions including design, installation, and maintenance of solar power systems. The scope of services is defined in individual project agreements and proposals.

3. Quotations & Proposals

All quotations and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions and component availability.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, payments are structured in milestones tied to project progress. Late payments may attract interest charges.

5. Warranty

TezasSolar provides warranty as specified in the project agreement. Solar panels typically carry a 25-year performance warranty, inverters carry 10-year warranty, and installation workmanship carries 5-year warranty.

6. Government Subsidies

While we assist with government subsidy applications, subsidy approval and disbursement are subject to government policies and timelines. TezasSolar does not guarantee subsidy approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

TezasSolar's liability is limited to the value of the project agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TezasSolar and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
