Refund Policy

1. Overview
At TezasSolar, customer satisfaction is our priority. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our products and services.
2. Cancellation Before Installation
If you cancel your solar installation project before the start of installation, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payments made, minus any non-recoverable costs such as site survey charges and design fees.
3. Cancellation During Installation
If cancellation occurs during the installation phase, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and materials procured. A detailed breakdown will be provided.
4. Post-Installation Refunds
Once the solar system is installed and commissioned, refunds are generally not available. However, if the system does not meet the guaranteed performance specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation.
5. Product Returns
Solar products that are unused and in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Installed products cannot be returned unless defective.
6. Defective Products
Products found to be defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
8. Government Subsidy Refunds
If government subsidy is received after the project completion, the subsidy amount will be credited to the customer's account as per the terms of the project agreement.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: site survey fees (if survey was completed), design and engineering fees, permit and approval fees, and installation labor charges (if installation was completed).
