Customer Support Executive

Handle customer inquiries, provide solar system information, assist with complaint resolution, and coordinate with installation teams. Be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers.

  • Design and size solar PV systems

Requirements

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5 years experience in solar industry
  • Knowledge of solar PV design software
  • ISI/MNRE certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
